Gallivanting

I'm going visiting....

... and I'm taking my warm winter scarf with me....
It's the perfect opportunity to use this special gift.
A few months ago Barbara took her knitting needles out of retirement
to knit this for me. Thank you, Barbara!
Your scarf is going to Seattle for a week.

The blog will be quiet until I return.

Oh...how fun is that? We just passed through Seattle on Saturday...and it looked lovely in the sunshine. At this time of the year...you might just want to have an umbrella along as well. Enjoy!

Oh but we'll have quite nice weather up in the northwest. It will be perfect to wear your scarf ..just enough chill in the mornings to need it. I'm so glad you won't be deluged with rain. Have a wonderful time.

What a yummy looking scarf. Enjoy Seattle for me. I need to make a trip over there myself soon to see my youngest daughter.
She told me last night how much she loves it there...traffic, rain and all!

Happy gallivanting! That scarf is so curly that it looks like the wool is still on the sheep. In fascinating shades of green!
